As we segway into fall, our local market slowly transitions to that of an emerging inventory; albeit a slow emergence. Each morning when I log into MLS a smile forms as I note the increase in new listings in all areas of RI. This will continue to escalate as sellers seize the opportunity in front of them which is that of a steady rise in home sale prices. The number of pending noted above, also reflects the robust real estate market activity the past few months. I have had the busiest last 3 months of my career which attests to the prime opportunities awaiting buyers and sellers in our RI market.
